Sales Associate – Retail Store (Tilton, NH)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join the team at its Tilton, NH outlet store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting apparel, suggest outfits based on current trends and promotions, and promote the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Handle cash transactions, process shipments, execute floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain visual standards, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise is presented accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
