Sales Associate – Retail Store (Queenstown, MD)

About the role

Join Levi's® as a Sales Associate in our Queenstown, MD store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and helping customers discover the heritage and style of Levi's products.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and product line.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily store and individual sales targets.
• Follow cash handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
