Sales Associate – Retail Store (Lee, MA)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join the team at its Lee, MA outlet store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while supporting store operations and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by recommending outfits, promoting the Red Tab Loyalty program, and resolving concerns in line with company policy.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns, and replenish inventory.
• Maintain visual standards, ensure product availability, and support promotional activities.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
