About the role

Join Levi’s® Outlet Store in Lawrenceville, GA as a Sales Associate. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage.
• Provide excellent product knowledge and exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales goals.
• Follow cash handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, pricing, inventory counts, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance according to Levi’s visual standards and housekeeping procedures.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
