Sales Associate – Retail Store

About the role

Levi’s Outlet Store in Kittery, ME is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance. You will represent the Levi’s brand, share its heritage, and help shoppers find the perfect fit.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and product line.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the “Connect, Consult & Close” approach.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with company guidelines.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain store visual standards and overall housekeeping.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
