About the role

Join Levi’s® Outlet Store in Foley, AL as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing the brand’s heritage. You will work on the sales floor, assisting shoppers and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company history and product lines.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with store cash‑handling guidelines.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards.
• Follow store security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; 1 + year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
