About the role

Join Levi's® as a Sales Associate at the Miromar Outlets in Estero, Florida. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing Levi's heritage and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Levi’s® Stylist, providing personalized service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Maintain thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Company’s history, heritage, and product lines.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash and follow store cash‑handling guidelines.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Ensure store appearance meets visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
