Sales Associate – Part-Time

About the role

Levi’s® is seeking a part‑time Sales Associate for its Hudson Yards store in New York. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the brand’s heritage and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and product line.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the “3C’s” – Connect, Consult, and Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards and housekeeping guidelines.
• Execute rapid floor refill and replenishment using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilize basic technology tools, including iOS devices and troubleshooting basic device issues.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform continuous standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Attributes: structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
