Sales Associate – Outlet Store (Smithfield, NC)

About the role

Join the Levi’s® Outlet Store team at Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC, as a Sales Associate. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company’s heritage and product line.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and visual presentation.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and maintain store appearance.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
