Sales Associate – Medical Bracing & Supports

About the role
Enovis is seeking a Sales Associate to join its BAS Sales Team in Albany, NY. In the first year you will partner closely with the Territory Manager to learn the bracing and supports business, and in the second year you will take on direct revenue responsibilities and close sales.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Territory Manager to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Act as the primary backup contact for the Territory Manager.
- Keep the Territory Manager informed of sales activity, market trends, and competitor actions.
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads within the assigned territory.
- Promote Enovis products to clinics and manage inventory in assigned accounts.
- Support the conversion of customers to DJO products as you gain experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Motivation to learn product details and market dynamics quickly.
