Sales Associate – Medical Bracing Solutions

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Sales Associate to join its BAS Sales Team in Oregon. In the first year you will work closely with a Territory Manager to learn the bracing and supports business, then progress to managing revenue and closing deals in the second year.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Territory Manager to cover clinics in the assigned territory.
• Promote Enovis products, manage inventory, and support sales calls.
• Identify and qualify potential sales leads and introduce company products to prospects.
• Provide regular updates on sales activity, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Serve as the primary backup contact for the Territory Manager.

Required profile

• Strong interest in medical technology and orthopaedic bracing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively with a sales team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
