Key responsibilities

• Drive results by delivering an elevated customer experience during and after the sale.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships.
• Partner with the management team to strategically achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the community and proactively foster customer relationships.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times.
• Fulfill key‑holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial duties.

Required profile

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele.
• Self‑starter with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Curious, motivated, and able to engage customers effectively.
• Customer‑service focused with a passion for client and community engagement.
• Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit.
