Sales Associate (Key Holder) – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate (Key Holder) for its Levi's® Outlet Store at Sugarloaf Mills in Lawrenceville, GA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a memorable shopping experience while supporting sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and brand storytelling.
• Open and close the store, manage keys, and ensure security of merchandise.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
• Coach and train team members on Levi's selling practices and customer engagement.
• Support store leadership in meeting sales targets and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for fashion.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Required skills

• Basic point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
