About the role

Levi’s is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join the team at the Florida Mall in Orlando. In this customer‑focused position you will represent the brand, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and help drive sales through personalized styling and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering style advice and product recommendations aligned with current trends and promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and encourage sign‑ups to enhance the omni‑channel experience.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and manage merchandise operations including shipment receipt, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards, ensure accurate pricing, and support store merchandising initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns in accordance with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
