Sales Associate – Evening & Weekend Availability

About the role

Join Levi's® Outlet Store in North Charleston as a Sales Associate, providing top‑tier service during evening and weekend shifts. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover Levi's heritage while meeting sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Co. history and product lines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain store visual standards and overall housekeeping.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and remain on feet for long periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
