About the role

LOFT, which designs modern, feminine clothing for women, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate at its Santa Anita store in Arcadia, California. As a Sales Associate you act as a brand ambassador, connecting with customers, guiding their shopping journey and helping keep the store well organized.

Key responsibilities

• Create personalized customer experiences by listening to customers' needs and offering product knowledge and styling recommendations.
• Keep the sales floor visually appealing and merchandise well organized.
• Use brand behaviors and personalized service to build customer loyalty.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and give customers a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Work with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations, and share ideas with colleagues.

Required profile

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Required skills

• Proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
