Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support the Sales Department at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club, a Discovery Land Company location on Lake Tahoe. The role blends real‑estate sales support with hospitality coordination, ensuring prospects and new members receive a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by tracking prospect communications and managing the CRM system.
• Coordinate property tours, including accommodation, transportation, and related services.
• Provide contract administration support for Purchase Agreements and Signature Memberships.
• Work with Member Services to arrange property visits, welcome amenities, gifting, and other hospitality touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and update them regularly.
• Serve as the primary contact for events, collaborating with internal and external planners to ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing and sales teams on event standards and marketing materials.
• Gather and distribute sales and marketing collateral as requested.
• Act as the main administrative coordinator for the sales office and project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales, real‑estate, or hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe design packages (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
