Sales and Technical Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Technical Trainer to design and deliver high‑quality training programs that equip both front‑line customer service teams and field technicians with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in sales, installations, and trouble‑call resolution while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom and hands‑on sessions for new and existing employees covering sales techniques, customer service, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop, update and maintain training materials, job aids, manuals and e‑learning content in partnership with curriculum designers.
• Facilitate role‑play, simulations and scenario‑based exercises to strengthen communication, problem‑solving and sales skills.
• Coach and assess trainee performance, providing feedback and performance metrics throughout the training cycle.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to integrate new technologies, tools and service offerings into the curriculum.
• Ensure training reflects current products, installation standards, safety procedures and customer‑experience expectations.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs and certification documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training to sales and technical staff.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable learning modules.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and quality‑control standards in field operations.
