Sales and Technical Trainer

About the role

The Sales and Technical Solutions Trainer delivers high‑quality training programs that equip front‑line customer service teams and field technicians with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in sales, installations, and trouble‑call resolution while meeting safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom and hands‑on training sessions for new and existing employees covering sales, customer service, installation, and troubleshooting processes.
• Facilitate role‑play, simulations, and scenario‑based exercises to strengthen communication, problem‑solving, and sales techniques.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, job aids, manuals, and e‑learning content in partnership with the curriculum design team.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to integrate new technologies, tools, and service offerings into the curriculum.
• Coach, assess, and provide feedback to trainees throughout the training cycle, monitoring progress and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and certification documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technical and sales training to customer‑facing and field teams.
• Strong understanding of installation best practices, safety procedures, and troubleshooting workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
