Sales Account Manager

About the role

Voyagu, a San Francisco‑based travel management company, is looking for an energetic Sales Account Manager to serve premium travelers and professionals across the United States. You will act as the primary point of contact, helping clients maximise savings, plan and book trips, and receive support throughout their journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound prospects and turn them into business opportunities.
• Identify client travel needs and match them with appropriate Voyagu products.
• Guide clients through product options and close sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer care to ensure loyalty and referrals.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with each client.
• Collaborate with a small team of agents and a team leader.
• Achieve individual sales targets and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with strong drive for professional and financial growth.
• Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving, and learning agility.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and enjoy challenges.
• International background or experience working with US‑based clients is a plus.
