Sales Account Executive – Transportation Services

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Executive to join our China Grove, NC service centre. In this full‑time position you will promote R+L Carriers’ transportation solutions and help grow market share across key lanes and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Educate customers on the full range of transportation services offered by R+L Carriers.
• Target and acquire market share in strategic lanes and key accounts within selected industries.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, contracts and proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local market conditions.
• Represent the corporate image and culture in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of LTL motor‑freight sales experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local market and LTL operations.
• Proficiency with standard PC applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
