About the role
Dynamic Courtex is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives for a fleet of 200 full‑truck‑load tractors operating in the United States. You will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving safety standards across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety processes, policies, and preventive measures for the fleet.
- Design and deliver safety training programs for drivers and staff.
- Ensure full compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
- Track safety performance metrics and drive initiatives to reduce accidents and incidents.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of road safety practices within U.S. fleet operations.
- Proven experience organizing and delivering safety training programs.
- Ability to manage and enforce road safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Additional training in safety regulations, risk management, and legal compliance is preferred.
