Router Supervisor – Inbound Operations

About the role

The Inbound Router Supervisor will lead dock and dispatch operations at our Pembroke Pines Service Center, ensuring efficient handling of LTL loads and smooth coordination between drivers and freight handlers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage driver and freight handler teams, overseeing scheduling and daily activities.
• Coordinate dock operations and ensure timely dispatch of LTL loads.
• Maintain safety compliance and enforce quality freight‑handling procedures.
• Monitor and resolve logistical issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.

Required profile

• Proven basic leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of quality freight handling and local area routes.
• Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Salary range $70,000‑$85,000 per year, based on experience.
