Route Delivery Driver (CDL A/B)

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage’s CDL driving team delivering beer, wine, and spirits from the distribution center to retail accounts across Wisconsin. You’ll interact with customers daily, unload pre‑sold products, and ensure safe, efficient deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle to deliver assigned beverage orders while complying with federal DOT regulations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, address concerns, and collect payments.
• Complete sales and delivery paperwork, including liquor‑law invoices and DOT driver logs.
• Return empty containers, handle rejected merchandise, and manage load reconciliation.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain the delivery truck, submitting maintenance requests as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean working environment.

Required profile

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B.
• Ability to work a consistent 4‑day week (Tuesday‑Friday) with a 6:00 AM start.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to resolve issues on‑site.
• Compliance with DOT and liquor‑law regulations.
• Physical ability to load and unload beverage cases safely.

Required skills

• Commercial driving (CDL A/B) and safe‑driving practices.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver‑log requirements.
• Basic math for payment collection and invoice reconciliation.
• Accurate record‑keeping and paperwork completion.
