Rotational Development Program – Software Engineer – Power Solutions

About the role

Join Bosch’s 24‑month Rotational Development Program as a Software Engineer in the Power Solutions division. You will rotate through four customized assignments, gaining hands‑on experience with Powertrain Control Units such as engine, fuel‑cell, and battery controllers while being mentored by senior executives and peers.

Key responsibilities

• Support change‑request management, requirements engineering, and system/software architecture design.
• Develop, analyze, and debug low‑level and application software, with exposure to security, safety, and project‑management topics.
• Execute delivery testing to ensure software quality and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze customer‑reported issues, conduct root‑cause investigations, and lead resolutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Contribute to internal system and software improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree obtained within the last 2 years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a controls‑engineering focus.
• At least one completed internship, co‑op, or six months of full‑time relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
