Room Services Manager (In‑Room Dining)

About the role

The In‑Room Dining Manager leads the Room Services team at Four Seasons New Orleans, ensuring a seamless and elevated dining experience for guests. This role combines operational oversight with team development to uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate and lead In‑Room Dining staff and supervisors.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory and cash controls.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, address guest requests, complaints and special needs promptly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management, Room Services or hotel operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Valid work authorization in the United States.

Required skills

• TIPS certification.
• ServSafe certification.
