About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our luxury resort team in downtown Newport. In this role you will ensure each guest room is impeccably clean, comfortable and ready for an unforgettable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly.
- Maintain compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies.
- Restock and manage inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
- Provide responsive customer service by addressing guest requests and ensuring a comfortable stay.
Required profile
- At least one year of housekeeping experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
