Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our upscale boutique hotel brand. In this temporary role you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn assigned guest rooms within the allotted time, including changing linens, dusting, replenishing towels and supplies, and sanitising bathrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, and maintain floor surfaces in corridors and guest‑related areas.
• Keep housekeeping storage rooms, linen closets and employee areas tidy and secure.
• Handle guest service trays and ensure carts are organized to prevent loss or damage of hotel property.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• At least one month of housekeeping or related experience (preferred).
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Open availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to follow directions.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
