About the role
The RN New Grad Resident Program for Summer 2026 offers recent nursing graduates a structured, hands‑on residency experience within a leading academic medical center. Participants will rotate through key clinical areas, develop core nursing competencies, and receive mentorship from experienced staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision across multiple units.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning.
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the electronic health record.
- Engage in quality‑improvement projects and evidence‑based practice initiatives.
- Attend educational seminars, workshops, and simulation labs.
Required profile
- Newly graduated Registered Nurse with a valid Arkansas nursing license.
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
