About the role

AdventHealth Dade City is hosting a hiring event for Registered Nurses across several clinical units, including Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Medical‑Surgical, Progressive Care, and Surgical Services. Candidates will join a purpose‑driven team focused on holistic patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and medical diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to safety protocols.
• Monitor patient responses, adjust care plans, and document outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and self‑care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of acute‑care experience (preferred).
• Additional unit‑specific certifications may be required.
