About the role
Provide one‑on‑one home health care to clients in the Philadelphia area, choosing your own schedule and travel to client homes near you.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to assigned client homes and deliver personalized nursing care.
- Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in electronic charting system.
Required profile
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Required skills
- CPR.

- Pay $30‑35 per hour.
- Flexible 8, 10 or 12‑hour shifts on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, part‑time or full‑time.
