About the role

As a Risk & Reg Financial Crimes Alliance Driver – Manager at PwC, you will lead the development of strategic partnerships that expand the firm’s client services and drive revenue growth. You will combine market research, digital marketing, and sales expertise to enhance brand visibility and capture new business opportunities within the Internal Firm Services practice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and co‑create solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and deliver multi‑competency programs that address client needs.
• Leverage market research and digital marketing techniques to engage clients and promote services.
• Lead the creation of business plans focused on market penetration and revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and manage team performance to meet client expectations.
• Analyze system linkages to optimise processes and outcomes.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery against targets.
• Promote innovation and the use of technology to improve service delivery.
• Manage conflicts and conduct critical conversations with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in partner or alliance management, relationship management, or a related field with a proven record of demand generation.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
• Demonstrated integrity, authenticity and alignment with firm values.
