Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver enterprise risk management projects, including business continuity planning and risk‑model deployment.
• Oversee regulatory management activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and independence requirements.
• Develop and mentor high‑performing, diverse teams, fostering inclusive collaboration.
• Provide strategic advice to senior client stakeholders, translating complex risk concepts into actionable solutions.
• Apply sound judgment to resolve issues, make decisions, and escalate matters when necessary.
• Maintain and evolve expertise in risk and compliance frameworks, staying current with industry developments.

Required profile

• Senior Manager experience in risk management, compliance or related advisory services.
• Proven ability to influence and coach teams in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments.
• Strong communication skills with a talent for crafting clear, holistic narratives.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering value through complex problem solving.
