About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the R&I Managed Services Deals Desk within its Internal Firm Services practice. The role focuses on enterprise risk management, helping clients identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could affect their operations and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise risk management strategies across complex regulatory environments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks impacting organizational performance.
• Craft clear, impactful communications that convey holistic risk narratives to stakeholders.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying problems and opportunities within risk frameworks.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and refine mitigation approaches.
• Lead diverse, high‑performing teams through ambiguous and high‑pressure situations.
• Conduct open coaching conversations to foster team growth and effectiveness.
• Make informed decisions to resolve issues that hinder project success.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Finance, or Risk Management/Insurance.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
