Revenue Analyst – Hybrid (Lake Forest, CA)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join its Finance team in Lake Forest, CA. The role is hybrid, requiring three days on‑site each week, and focuses on financial control of revenue contracts across U.S. and Canadian entities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate revenue recognition in line with IFRS 15, US GAAP and company policies.
• Perform month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end revenue close activities, including cut‑off testing and variance analysis.
• Reconcile revenue data between Salesforce, Oracle and the financial data warehouse to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Execute and maintain SOX controls related to revenue recognition, contract accounting and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain revenue process documentation, risk and control matrices, and audit support schedules.
• Support internal and external audits, SOX testing, walkthroughs and remediation of control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations, Order Entry, Tax and Shared Services to resolve issues and improve controls.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of revenue controllership, IFRS 15 and US GAAP.
• Experience with month‑end close, variance analysis and SOX compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively across finance and operational teams.
