Retail Supervisor (Part‑Time)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the Norfolk location. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to improve their performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and safety compliance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Uphold Levi’s brand values, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Reliability, including dependable transportation and the ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
