Retail Supervisor – Full Time (Des Moines)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Retail Supervisor for its Des Moines outlets. You will create a high‑energy store environment, engage customers, and model excellent service while coaching associates.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Supervise and coach associates on sales training processes.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with the Store Manager on escalated issues.
• Participate in training new hires and current employees on brand culture, product knowledge, loss‑prevention and store policies.
• Set expectations, provide performance feedback and foster engagement, retention and talent development.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
• Execute store procedures in compliance with Levi’s policies.
• Collaborate with store management to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers.
• Adhere to all Levi’s store policies, procedures and programs.
