Retail Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Stylist to deliver an exceptional customer experience in its Gretna store. You will blend fashion expertise with strong service skills to help shoppers discover looks that reflect the latest trends and Levi’s brand heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations and promote current promotions in line with Levi’s service approach.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel experiences.
• Resolve consumer concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Maintain store standards and comply with all Levi’s policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a keen interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
