Retail Stylist – Customer Experience

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Stylist to deliver an exceptional, fashion‑forward experience for customers in our Gretna store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will blend style expertise with strong customer service to drive sales and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations and current trends that align with Levi’s® service standards.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and engage shoppers in the omni‑channel experience.
• Handle cash, merchandise, shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining visual standards.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit and customer‑focused mindset.
