Retail Store Supervisor – Soho, NY

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for its flagship Soho location in New York City. The supervisor will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and develop store associates, fostering a positive team culture.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle physical demands of the role.
