Retail Store Supervisor – Queenstown, MD

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for its Levi’s® Outlet in Queenstown, MD. The supervisor will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to enhance their performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and maintaining high standards.
• Ensure a welcoming shopping environment and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Uphold Levi’s® policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop team members.
• Reliability in meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
