Retail Store Supervisor (Part-Time)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the store management team in Arlington, VA. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to improve their performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure high‑quality customer service.
• Adhere to Levi’s policies, procedures, and program requirements.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and coach team members.
• Ability to meet or exceed store sales and performance goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, climb ladders and move continuously.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
