Retail Store Supervisor – Outlet

About the role

The Retail Store Supervisor will join the management team at the Levi’s® outlet in Lake Elsinore, CA. This full‑time position is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and develop associate teams, fostering a positive store culture.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s® policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and motivate store associates.
• Demonstrated reliability, including dependable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible retail hours.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.

Required skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.
