About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a high‑energy Retail Store Supervisor for its Legends location in Sparks, NV. You will lead a team to deliver an engaging store experience, ensure brand standards, and drive sales while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Create a compelling store environment by modeling service behaviors and coaching associates.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Partner with the Store Manager on elevated consumer issues and performance goals.
• Conduct training for new hires and ongoing development on culture, product knowledge, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Oversee cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment systems.
• Flex store business strategies to meet or exceed daily sales and performance targets.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers.
