About the role

The Retail Store Supervisor supports the store’s leadership team in delivering an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across sales, merchandising, and store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and service standards.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and task delegation.
• Manage stockroom activities: organize inventory, process shipments, and maintain product flow.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing feedback for new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Uphold inventory integrity, loss‑prevention practices, and company policies.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
