Retail Store Supervisor – Glendale, AZ

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to join the Glendale, AZ location. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and support associate development through effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store culture.
• Uphold Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and coach store associates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
