Retail Store Supervisor – Full-Time

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to lead a retail team in Auburn, WA. The Supervisor will support the store management team in delivering brand standards, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and support team members to achieve individual and store goals.
• Manage daily store operations, including visual standards, inventory control and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a welcoming shopping environment and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist and coach associates.
• Results‑oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform regular physical activity.
• Commitment to adhering to Levi’s policies, procedures and brand values.
