Retail Store Supervisor – Finger Lakes Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Supervisor to lead the team at Finger Lakes Premium Outlets in Waterloo, NY. You will help create an energetic store environment, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling service standards.
• Coach and train associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and loss‑prevention policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in line with company policies.
• Oversee cash handling, merchandise receipt, floor set‑up, markdowns, and replenishment processes.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and support talent development.
• Maintain compliance with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and help meet daily sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching, and training staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
