About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join the team at its Atlanta location. You will work closely with store management to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Comply with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
