About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for its Traverse Mountain location in Lehi, UT. You will lead a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high‑performing store team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, visual merchandising, and day‑to‑day store operations.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and associates.
• Maintain brand standards and uphold Levi’s heritage of originality and integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Strong passion for the Levi Strauss brand and the fashion industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and make decisive decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, and ladder work.
